TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&Cs)

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all bookings and contracts made via the website www.maisondusoleil.info or directly by email with Eva-Maria Fabian. They govern the rental agreement between the provider (hereinafter “Landlord”) and the renter (hereinafter “Guest”) for the holiday home Maison du Soleil.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The rental contract for the holiday home is concluded when the Guest sends a booking request by email or via the website’s booking system and the Landlord confirms this request by email. The Landlord’s confirmation constitutes the conclusion of the contract.

3. Rental Prices and Payment Terms
The rental prices for the holiday home are stated on the website www.maisondusoleil.info or in the Landlord’s booking confirmation.
The price includes final cleaning, electricity, water, etc.
Payment shall be made [by bank transfer / credit card / PayPal] within [payment period, e.g., 7 days] after the booking confirmation.
For bookings made less than [e.g., 14 days] before the arrival date, the full amount is due immediately.

4. Cancellation by the Guest
If the Guest needs to cancel the booking, the following cancellation terms apply:

Up to 20 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price

Cancellation must be made in writing by email to the Landlord. In case of no-show or early departure by the Guest, no refund of the rental fees is due.

5. Arrival and Departure
Arrival is from 5:00 PM, departure is no later than 10:00 AM. Arrivals or departures at other times are only possible by prior arrangement with the Landlord.

6. Use of the Holiday Home
The holiday home is to be used exclusively for the agreed period and by the agreed number of guests (maximum capacity). Use for other purposes or overnight stays by more persons than agreed is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed. Children aged 12 and above are welcome.

7. Guest Obligations
The Guest agrees to treat the holiday home and its inventory with care and to report any damages immediately to the Landlord. The Guest is responsible for complying with the house rules. In case of damage or loss of inventory, the Guest shall be liable for repair or replacement costs. (A deposit may be withheld accordingly.)

8. Liability
The Landlord is not liable for the safety and well-being of the Guest during their stay at the holiday home. In particular, the Landlord assumes no liability for accidents or damages occurring during the stay.
Use of leisure facilities such as bicycles or the barbecue is at the Guest’s own risk.

9. Data Protection
The Guest’s personal data will be used exclusively for processing the booking and managing the rental agreement. Further information can be found in the [Privacy Policy](link to privacy policy) on the website.

10. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes related to the rental agreement is the location of the holiday home, Saint Montan, Southern France.
